The Map of Flavours 2024 is expected to occur on the weekend of 30 November and 1 December at the Ioannis Vellidis Conference Centre at Helexpo. This year, it celebrates 20 years since its inception. The event is the most important wine event in Northern Greece. With more than 160 winemakers, distillers, and wine importers/distributors, the Map of Flavours seeks to promote and enhance Greek wine within and beyond the borders.
The exhibition has developed and improved alongside the evolution of Greek wine, showcasing the richness of the country’s wine-growing zones. Through parallel events such as presentations, lectures, tastings, masterclasses and cooking demonstrations, visitors can delve into the world of wine and explore the flavours of Greek gastronomy.
The organizer of the Map of Flavours, Wine Plus, has significantly contributed to enhancing the quality communication and promotion of Greek wine and Greek gastronomy, strengthening Thessaloniki’s cultural and touristic character. The event is held under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Thessaloniki Gastronomy Festival, with the support of TIF-Helexpo, the National Interprofessional Organization of Vine and Wine, the Greek Wine Association and the Sommelier Panhellenic Association.
