This year’s international lineup brings together an extraordinary group of chefs, including Ana Roš of Hiša Franko, Mauro Uliassi, Tom Aikens, Rafael Cagali, Merlin Labron-Johnson, and Joe Otway.
They will be joined by some of Greece’s leading culinary talents, including Nikos Karathanos, Lefteris Lazarou, Hector Botrini, Gikas Xenakis, Asterios Koustoudis, Panagiotis Giakalis, Christoforos Peskias, Alexandros Tsiotinis, and many more.
Together, they represent more than 15 Michelin stars and bring different perspectives, techniques, stories and ideas to one extraordinary gathering.
