Founded in 2008, CITRUS is a proud Greek, family-owned company dedicated to crafting exquisite traditional sweets, jams, and delicacies that capture the authentic spirit of the Aegean.

At the heart of our creations lies the fragrant Chios Mandarin, a rare and aromatic fruit grown exclusively on the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean. Each recipe celebrates the island’s rich heritage and distinctive flavors — from delicate bitter almond essence and hand-picked rose petals from Agios Yiorgos Sikousis, to the legendary Chios mastic resin, a natural treasure found nowhere else on Earth. We also embrace beloved Mediterranean staples like lemon and fig, transforming them into gourmet experiences that delight the senses.
