Named after Athena’s little owl — the enduring symbol of Athens — Noctua Brewery was established in summer 2016 just outside the Greek capital in Attica. This craft brewery pays tribute to the city’s ancient heritage while creating innovative, Athens-inspired craft beers for a new generation of Greek beer lovers. Noctua is the name of the brewery established in the summer of 2016, referring to the commonly known as the “little owl” or Athena Noctua, the symbol of Athens, and is located just a few steps from Gazi district in central Athens, just 2 km from Omonia Square.
