Alea Brewing Co. Guided Tour & Craft Beer Tasting in Athens

Alea Brewing Co. began production three years ago, operating its own microbrewery in the Metamorphosis area of Athens, Attica. Brewing craft beers and packaging exclusively in cans has been the strategic goal from the very start.

We strongly believe that cans are the best format for packaging craft beer, and it has been a significant challenge in a country where cans were once seen as a cheap alternative to commercial beer. The philosophy of Alea Brewing Co. is to raise environmental awareness by featuring mostly extinct animals on its labels/cans and to keep the public alert to the destruction of the natural environment.

Beer Tour & Tasting

The tour begins with an introduction and a short history of the brewery. Guests are then guided through the production areas and shown all the equipment involved in the brewing process. The experience concludes with a tasting session featuring our core and limited-edition beers. Finally, visitors aged 18 and over may purchase our beers.
