VorOina 2025: A Celebration of Northern Greek Wine at Makedonia Palace Hotel
The highly anticipated VorOina Thessaloniki 2025 returns to the iconic Makedonia Palace, bringing together the finest wines and spirits of Northern Greece for an unforgettable wine tasting and wine culture event.
Organised by the Winemakers of Northern Greece (ENOABE), VorOina has become one of the most important Greek wine events, highlighting the exceptional vineyards, terroirs, and winemaking traditions of Northern Greece.

Visitors will receive a special tasting glass upon entry, inviting them to explore an exceptional selection of wines — from white, rosé, and red to orange, sparkling, and sweet wines.
Discover new releases, aged vintages, and experimental creations, all crafted by the region’s leading wineries. This is a journey of flavour, aroma, and knowledge, celebrating the richness of the Greek winemaking heritage.
Expect surprises such as rare varieties, older harvests, and exclusive bottle formats at the exhibitors’ tables.

Following the tradition of VorOina, participating wineries will be presented along the 8 Wine Routes of Northern Greece, allowing visitors to explore local grape varieties and diverse wine styles from each region’s unique terroir.
- Wine Route of the Gods of Olympus: Kitrvs Winery (Pieria)
- Wine Route of Epirus: Zoinos Winery, Katogi Averoff (Ioannina)
- Wine Route of the Lakes: Voyatzis Estate, Alpha Estate, Kampkouti Vineyard, Pantou Estate (Kozani, Florina, Kastoria)
- Wine Route of Naoussa: Kir-Yianni Estate, Boutari, Taralas Estate, Foundi Estate, and others
- Wine Route of Pella–Goumenissa: Zin Ideos Estate, 3 Generations Winery, Mikro Ktima Titou

Each route represents the diversity and excellence of Northern Greek vineyards, from the slopes of Olympus to the valleys of Drama and the coasts of Kavala.

Participation in the parallel program is free with a general admission ticket (except for the masterclass).
