Dorodouli Tsipouro & Spirits Distillery

Inspired by stories, the authority of specialists, and secret recipes for authentic distillates, Dorodouli crafts a series of unique artisan spirits — tsipouro at the heart of them — rooted in traditional, authentic, ancient methods from northern Greece.

The distillery research team studied 120 different recipes for distilling marc, archived them, and left them to rest for one year with intermittent trials and evaluations. Of the 32 recipes selected, 15 were chosen for systematic production.

Our mission is to pass on this passion to subsequent generations, transforming local northern Greek distillation recipes into superior products through new green development standards and good resource management.

Our unique artisan distillery, close to Thessaloniki Airport, produces 15 different premium spirits — distilled from grape pomace or wine, made naturally with no sugar or additives. Choose the private, guided excursion that suits you best.

Every tour includes a guided tour of the distilling premises, where visitors witness the distillation process, plus a visit to the aging cellar with a presentation in our specially designed area.
