Inspired by ancient recipes and the authority of specialists, Dorodouli Tsipouro & Spirits Distillery — close to Thessaloniki Airport in Macedonia — produces 15 different premium spirits distilled from grape pomace or wine, made naturally with no sugar or additives.

The distillery research team studied 120 different marc distillation recipes, archived them for a year of intermittent trials and evaluations, and ultimately selected 15 to produce systematically. The result is a range of superior northern Greek tsipouro and spirits that revive traditional, authentic, ancient recipes.
