“Tsalafouti” cheese has been registered in the list of products of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and has been recognised, based on the decision of the Greek Ministry of Agriculture.
Tsalafouti is considered a Greek traditional, cream cheese. It has a creamy and velvety texture and its taste is close to yogurt, cream, and butter together.
