Your hosts, Kostas and Anna, will warmly welcome you to their beloved bakery—a space filled with tradition, aromas, and stories. Kostas, a master baker with over 31 years of experience, will lead you through a hands-on cooking experience, sharing his family’s secrets to perfect savoury and sweet Greek pies, all made with fresh ingredients from their own farm.

But this is more than just a cooking class—it’s a journey into the soul of the village. Learn how Kostas and Anna fell in love with Zitsa, discover how their bakery became a local gem, and explore the cultural traditions of Epirus through its food and flavours.
