At ‘The Bear’s Honey’ in Paranesti, Drama, Macedonia, this four-hour class reveals the extraordinary world of bee-derived superfoods. From royal jelly to propolis, pollen, and beeswax, participants learn to create powerful natural health products from the apiary’s own pristine Frakto forest harvest. “To Meli tis Arkoudas” (“The Bear’s Honey”) is a small family-owned apiary facility that has been active since 1950. Our facility is situated 80km from the island of Thassos and 60km from the forest of Fraktos.
