Your day begins with a guided hike through a pristine East Zagori forest, led by an expert truffle hunter sharing the secrets of finding the elusive white truffle. Along the scenic 1.6 km route, you’ll learn to recognize this rare delicacy — and harvest some yourself.

After the truffle hunt, visit a nearby estate for a behind-the-scenes look at mushroom cultivation. In summer months, a refreshing swim in a local river offers a welcome pause in the tranquil surroundings.

Under the guidance of a skilled local chef, you’ll then cook a gourmet meal centered around truffles and mushrooms, paired with carefully chosen regional wines. The menu changes with the seasons. Possible dishes include: Fluffy potato soufflé with white truffle | Barley risotto with wild mushrooms and truffle | Creamy scrambled eggs with truffle and optional prosciutto | Juicy beef burgers enriched with mushrooms and truffle. To finish: velvety yogurt drizzled with local honey and white truffle.
