Cooking Class with Food & Paths

We are Food & Paths, an innovative Gastro Tourism company originating from the Gastronomy Club of Epirus. For over a decade, we’ve been devoted to exploring and promoting traditional Greek gastronomy. In 2021, we were honored with the “Best Culinary Storyteller” award by The World Food Travel Association.

Our “Class and Lunch” cooking class in Epirus guides you through crafting two authentic pies — one filled with spinach and another with cheese. Start with a welcome drink of Tsipouro paired with tomato, olives, and onion.

For the first course, enjoy mushrooms fried in vinegar over an open fire, adding a unique twist to this traditional Epirote mountain dish. The highlight will be our freshly baked pies served alongside creamy Greek yogurt.
