Backed by three generations of experience in the fishing industry, Terizakis family has established a modern, integrated facility which is unique in Greece for the production and marketing of anchovy and sardine fillets.
Covering 2,000 m², the facility, located 20km north of Pylos and 65 km west from Kalamata, employs pioneering technology and maintains the strictest standards of hygiene. Stella Mare utilises special, American-built equipment, used in only five other cases world-wide, to achieve the full and ideal filleting of fish coming from small marine fish-catches.
