The Couniniotis Group has received many awards and distinctions since 1876, both locally and internationally. Couniniotis was praised at the International Fair of Thessaloniki, for the excellence of its products and its substantial export business and activities. The company was awarded the Golden Hermes award twice, in 1982 and 1985. In 1984, in an official listing by SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), it achieved the 11th place among the top 200 export-focused companies of Greece and was also the first food supplier ever to have been included on the list.
