What is the biggest satisfaction in the business you had?
The same satisfaction I had on the first day in 1991 when I saw growing my first mushroom, the same satisfaction I still feel every time I see a new cycle of mushrooms grow successfully.

The credit!

To the disappointment of some “friends” NO.
What do failure and success mean to you?
Success is to go home after work and be happy about what you accomplished all day. I would say failure is the exhaustion of mental reserves.
What other interests do you have apart from your job?
Experiential psychosomatic exercises with my three children and my wife (screaming to study, going to gyms, who will take the dishes out of the washing machine, etc.)!
Ah! and the classic: facebook, twitter, Instagram, Viber, messenger and the head bent down! Lads wake up, do sports activities, swear, scream, bleed, sweat, dirty your hands, get hurt, hold your head (up) high.
