ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Step into our lush vegetable gardens and breathe in the scents of nature. Together, we stroll among vibrant rows of seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs, handpicking the freshest ingredients for our meal — and learning along the way how real food is grown, nurtured, and harvested.

Get to know the land: the trees that have stood for generations, the sun-ripened vegetables, and the wild herbs that add flavor and soul to every dish.

Then, we roll up our sleeves and prepare a traditional Greek Ratatouille (Briam) — a colorful, oven-baked medley of the very vegetables we’ve just gathered. While it slowly bakes to perfection, we turn to our classic accompaniments: a village-style salad bursting with flavor, and a refreshing, handmade tzatziki, prepared with creamy yogurt, garlic, cucumber, and fresh-picked dill.

It’s more than a meal — it’s a journey into authentic, rural Greek life, where food is seasonal, simple, and deeply satisfying.
