Description
Gikas Winery, has been involved in vine cultivation and winemaking with a history of four generations. Our 15 ha vineyard, is located at the slopes of the mythic mountain Kithaironas of North East Viotia at an altitude of 450 meters, is cultivated with great care comprising the Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Savatiano, Vradiano, Augostiatis, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grape varieties.
The vineyard’s climatic and soil conditions with clay-rich soil create a unique (terroir) and are particularly beneficial to highlight the characteristics of the grape varieties.
Our Winery is located in East Attica and has a capacity of 3000HL which is constantly supported by our own oenological laboratory.
