What We’ll Do

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome—enjoy a homemade refreshment or a traditional Greek coffee, served with freshly baked cookies, as your hostess introduces you to the art of sourdough bread-making.

Next, we’ll get our hands into the dough. Together, we’ll mix our ingredients and prepare the perfect dough. When it’s ready, each of us will craft their own unique bread loaf, adding personalized ingredients like olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and seeds—creating a loaf that is truly one-of-a-kind.

While our dough rests, we’ll take a stroll through our lush olive grove, where you’ll learn the fascinating process of olive oil harvesting and discover the secrets of infusing extra-virgin olive oil with aromatic herbs.

With our loaves rising to perfection, it’s time to pop them into the wood-fired oven and let the magic happen. As they bake, we’ll head to our farm to harvest fresh, seasonal veggies. Together, we’ll prepare a delicious Cretan Salad and a selection of traditional appetizers, like Greek fava beans, to accompany our meal.

Finally, the moment we’ve all been waiting for—our loaves are ready!
