Biolea is a family-run business dedicated to the traditional production of organic olive oil using stone mills and presses—a method that honors both heritage and purity. Our products are crafted and bottled on-site at our farm in the village of Astrikas, nestled in the heart of Crete.

This one-of-a-kind, semi-private dining experience is designed for true food lovers who not only want to learn about olive oil—but also taste its magic in a thoughtfully curated Cretan menu. Created by our chef Michalis Papadakis, the evening features a multi-sensory exploration of olive oil paired with authentic local flavors.

Your evening begins at sunset, when our estate closes to the public and the atmosphere transforms into one of serenity, with views of the ancient Rokka across the valley bathed in golden light.
You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a brief tour of our olive mill, followed by a guided olive oil tasting of four distinctive oils. Served in professional tasting glasses, the session will uncover the aromas, flavors, and secrets of producing truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
