Our mill is one of the most distinctive in Greece, offering a rare opportunity to see two innovative production methods in action. The first is our modernized version of the traditional stone mill and press—an approach that preserves the integrity of the oil while honoring time-honored techniques. The second is a cutting-edge cold extraction method, part of our experimental approach to producing top-tier extra virgin olive oil.

The tour concludes with a guided tasting of four unique olive oils, served in professional tasting glasses. You’ll explore the sensory profiles of two different olive varieties and two citrus-infused oils, discovering the complexity, aroma, and flavor that make Biolea’s oils truly exceptional.
