The name “Rizes” (meaning “Roots”) was not chosen by chance: it signifies a double return — to the roots of the Greek land, to the country’s agricultural wealth and exceptional flavours, and to the roots of Greek cuisine, the pillar of Mediterranean nutrition. For Rizes, a traditional product is one produced with respect for the traditional recipe — or inspired by it with a personal modern approach — made by hand from high-quality raw materials, located in Macedonia. We are a cottage industry of Greek delicatessen products located in Krokos village, 5 km from Kozani.
