The company’s flocks of sheep and goats graze amid ancient forest and crystal-clear mountain waters, producing the nutritious milk that forms the foundation of every Flegga product. Dedicated to protecting Greece’s traditional cheeses and creating the most authentic flavours possible, Flegga produces a wide range: feta, kaseri, kefalotiri, butter, manouri, yogurts, halloumi, goat cheese, ayran, and organic kefir — always using exclusively sheep and goat milk.
