Cold Cuts Kassakis LP has been dedicated to producing smoked traditional meat products since 1999. Located in the village of Galatas in the Minoa Pediada Municipality, Crete, our roots go back to the early 20th century when our great-grandfather, Kassakis George, brought genuine traditional Cretan recipes from the Lassithi plateau and began crafting sausages for the surrounding villages.
Four generations later, we continue to honor these authentic recipes, offering a variety of high-quality, exclusive meat products. Our handmade production of traditional smoked meats blends predecessors’ recipes with innovative additions — all crafted without any chemicals.
