Cold Cuts Kassaki LP has been dedicated to producing smoked traditional meat products since 1999. Located in the village of Galatas in the Minoa Pediada Municipality, our roots go back to the early 20th century when our great-grandfather, Kassakis George, brought the genuine traditional Cretan recipes from the Lassithi plateau and began crafting sausages for the surrounding villages.
Four generations later, we continue to honor and develop these authentic recipes, offering a variety of high-quality, exclusive meat products. Our passion lies in the handmade production of traditional smoked meats, a specialty we have maintained since 1999.
