Description

The Vassilakis family has been producing unique olive oil on its estate in Mirabello since 1865 and is delighted to welcome visitors to its facilities, located between Heraklion and Agios Nicolaos, from around the world throughout the year, giving our personnel the opportunity to initiate them into the secrets of olive oil.

TOUR AND TASTING

With a guided tour of the family’s first manufacturing premises and then of our present state-of-the-art facilities, visitors can visualize the complete picture of the entire production process.
The tour ends with tasting session and pointers on how to recognize good quality olive oil while visitors can make their purchases from our retail store.
