The Ultimate Celebration of Natural Wine – Sunday, November 2, Athens Conservatory
Join Fysika, at the historic Athens Conservatory for FYSIKA, the largest festival of natural wine. For one whole day, over 50 winemakers from Greece and abroad will welcome you to taste more than 300 wines that truly express their terroir.
From Thrace to Crete, and from Ikaria to the Peloponnese, Greece’s finest winemakers will gather in Athens to showcase the uniqueness and vitality of Greek natural wines. International guests from Serbia, France, and Hungary will also be in attendance, adding a global touch to this celebration.
What to Taste
Discover organic and biodynamic wines made with minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, and little to no sulfites. Unfiltered, unclarified, and full of authenticity, these wines tell the story of their land and their maker. Meet the winemakers personally and taste wines that are as environmentally friendly as they are delicious.
The Experience
FYSIKA offers more than just tasting:
- Explore rare grape varieties and experimental wines not commonly found on the market.
- Hear the fascinating stories behind every bottle from the winemakers themselves.
- Learn innovative techniques and philosophies that redefine natural wine.
- Connect with fellow enthusiasts and become part of a community passionate about natural wine.
Sustainability at Heart
Natural wine is a lifestyle, not a trend. It represents respect for the environment, honesty in the glass, and a deep connection to the land. At FYSIKA, we reuse equipment, eliminate single-use plastics, and repurpose materials such as glass bottles, corks, cigarette butts, and organic waste through recycling and composting.
Experience the true spirit of natural wine at FYSIKA—where tradition, innovation, and sustainability meet.
