Εconomist by education and career. Traveled extensively around the world and in Greece and appreciated local cuisines, wildlife, and nature. Indulged in home cooking at a young age accompanied by good wine and beer.
In the past decade, she developed her own cooking repertory in cooperation with small wine producers in Attica and beyond on the occasion of wine tastings or special celebrations. This will be the subject of a book (Marilia’s Kitchen) to be published shortly.
