Founded in 2008, CITRUS is a proud Greek, family-owned company dedicated to crafting exquisite traditional sweets, jams, and delicacies that capture the authentic spirit of the Aegean.

At the heart of our creations lies the fragrant Chios Mandarin, a rare and aromatic fruit grown exclusively on the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean. Each recipe celebrates the island’s rich heritage and distinctive flavors — from delicate bitter almond essence and hand-picked rose petals from Agios Yiorgos Sikousis, to the legendary Chios mastic resin, a natural treasure found nowhere else on Earth. We also embrace beloved Mediterranean staples like lemon and fig, transforming them into gourmet experiences that delight the senses.

Every CITRUS product is handmade with care, free from preservatives and unnecessary additives — just pure, honest ingredients crafted with love and tradition.

Tour and Tasting

Step into the world of CITRUS and discover where authentic Greek craftsmanship meets timeless flavor. During your visit to our production facility in the heart of Athens, you’ll be welcomed behind the scenes to see how our beloved delicacies come to life.

Begin your tour in the enchanting “loukoumi” room, where the air is delicately scented with sugar and rosewater. Watch as our artisans hand-cut and dry each piece of this traditional sweet, just as it has been done for generations. You’ll also witness how we prepare our fruits by hand, following age-old recipes that preserve both flavor and authenticity.

Then comes the best part — the tasting!

Savor up to eight of our finest creations, while we share the stories, origins, and unique ingredients behind each one. Enjoy the bright, citrusy notes of our award-winning Chios Mandarin Marmalade, explore loukoumia in irresistible flavors like Fig & Lemon, Mastic, or Rose with Almonds, and indulge in our Rose Petal Spoon Sweet, made with hand-picked magiatiko rose petals from a single village on Chios.
