Your unforgettable journey begins in the peaceful village of Agios Thomas, Preveza, where your friendly guide will greet you and escort you to the lagoon’s traditional fishing facilities — known locally as “divari.”

Our first stop is a hands-on introduction to the lagoon, where you’ll learn about the history of the divari, sustainable fishing practices, and the gear used by local fishermen. Pick up your rod and try catch-and-release fishing right by the shore, guided by seasoned locals who will teach you traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Then, hop aboard a traditional fishing boat and cruise through the tranquil Ambracian Gulf lagoon waters — just like the locals do! Witness the beauty of the ecosystem and maybe even help bring in the catch of the day.

Once ashore, roll up your sleeves and step into the kitchen for a sea-to-table cooking session. In a seaside cooking space, you’ll help prepare and enjoy a delicious seafood feast featuring:
