It allowed hundreds of people to demystify wild mushrooms, and get to know them without fearing them, they saw up close how they are harvested and understood that they can consume them without fear.

Together with his partners, experienced and trained mushroom pickers, they carry out dozens of seminars, excursions and collections of mushrooms that end up in the frying pan or the pot of qualified chefs.
