Flegga Creamery is located in Velestino, 20 km west of Volos in Thessaly, taking its name from the homonymous mountain in the National Park of Valia Kalda on the southern slopes of the Pindos range. The company’s flocks of sheep and goats graze amid ancient forest and crystal-clear mountain waters, producing the nutritious milk that forms the foundation of every Flegga product. Dedicated to protecting Greece’s traditional cheeses and creating the most authentic flavours possible, Flegga produces a wide range: feta, kaseri, kefalotiri, butter, manouri, yogurts, halloumi, goat cheese, ayran, and organic kefir — always using exclusively sheep and goat milk.
