Our ultra-modern winery in Paliani is a pioneering project. The Heraklion Union proudly presents its high-quality wines, produced in 2021 through the dedicated and meticulous work of renowned professional oenologists in the wine industry.

Tour and Tasting

The tour begins in the cellar of the Heraklion Union winery, where visitors can admire sculptures inspired by the grape harvest process, created by artists moved by this stage of winemaking. This area also showcases all the awards won by the Union’s wines. Next, we proceed to the grape reception area, where we provide a detailed explanation of the white and red winemaking processes. The tour then continues to the bottling area and the storage area for the finished products. Finally, we move to the tasting room, where visitors will have the opportunity to taste three wines—a white, a rosé, and a red—accompanied by cheese and breadsticks, allowing them to fully appreciate the wines of the Heraklion Union.
