Description
Specially trained truffle dogs, along with their trainer, engage in finding this unique treasure of Greek nature. The spectacle they offer is unparalleled, and visitors can enjoy it.
At the same time, they are informed about this exquisite delicacy, its varieties, and its uses, to gain a comprehensive understanding of this “diamond” hidden in the earth.
But the enjoyment doesn’t stop there! It continues as visitors can taste the fruits of their labour on the spot, with exceptional truffle pasta prepared on-site by skilled chefs in a truly unique and impressive cooking vessel that can serve the needs of fifty (!) people at once.
Meanwhile, as the truffle pasta is being prepared, visitors sample 4-5 types of mushrooms and mushroom spoon sweets, accompanied by a glass of local wine.
After the hunt, the visitors return to the Museum. They are guided through the Museum’s Zoological section and the unique Mushroom Museum. Finally, their visit concludes at the Museum’s shop, where they can choose from 70 (!) traditional mushroom and truffle products created by the Museum.
