This hands-on harvest and winemaking activity connects you directly with the soul of Cretan viticulture. Our short history began in 1999 when we decided to organically grow in the Heraklio Prefecture not far from Dafnes, not only exquisite local varieties such as Liatiko, Kotsifali, Mandilari, Vidiano, Malvazia, Assyrtiko, Thrapsathiri but also the internationally-renowned ones Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Chardonnay with the invaluable assistance of experienced and specialized professionals (agriculturalists, enologists, biologists, and viticulturists) to produce quality wines.
