In early 2014, a thrilling journey began as a fledgling microbrewery named ELIXI emerged in the charming region of Halkida. Dedicated to crafting exceptional beer, ELIXI distinguishes itself through its commitment to eschewing pasteurization and filtration, opting instead for traditional bottle fermentation methods. Rooted in a familial venture, ELIXI brings together individuals with diverse professional backgrounds, reflecting in the eclectic array of labels and brands it produces.

From its inception, ELIXI has invested in pioneering a new, state-of-the-art brewery situated in Drosia, Halkida because of the region’s pristine water quality and strategic proximity to major thoroughfares. Spanning an expansive 1000m2, the facility boasts cutting-edge equipment for every stage of production, bottling, and storage, ensuring unwavering quality from inception to consumption.

Central to ELIXI’s ethos is its dedication to infusing Greek identity into its products, evident in its choice of names, symbols, and concepts. Through this, ELIXI endeavors to celebrate and promote the rich cultural heritage of Greece and proudly displays a distinctive spiral sign.
