Rooted in a familial venture, ELIXI brings together individuals with diverse professional backgrounds, reflecting in the eclectic array of labels and brands it produces.

From its inception, ELIXI has invested in pioneering a new, state-of-the-art brewery situated in Drosia, Halkida because of the region’s pristine water quality and strategic proximity to major thoroughfares. Spanning an expansive 1000m2, the facility boasts cutting-edge equipment for every stage of production, bottling, and storage, ensuring unwavering quality from inception to consumption.
