Description

Roussounelos butchery, an ultramodern and exemplary of its kind, on the island of Syros, has operated since 1977.
The refrigerators at the basement of the building, the retail store on the ground floor, and on the first floor operates a certified meat processing area, where louza and the Syrian sausages are produced.

TOUR AND TASTING

The visitor will learn how our traditional products are produced. The tour concludes with a tasting session.
