Pantou Winery

Pantou Winery is located in the Hydrousa region of Florina prefecture in Macedonia and was founded in 1997 by the Pantou family, which has been engaged in viticulture by cultivating its own vineyard since 1986.
The old vineyard was restructured over the last decade by the addition of new varieties adapted to the microclimate of the region and produces typical wines with a local character. The actual vineyard is divided into seven parcels, each one with its own specific variety and clone grafted on the appropriate rootstock, while Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Moschomavro constitute the planted varieties.

TOUR AND TASTING

Visitors will be guided through the winery premises and the wine cellar that provides optimal conditions for the wines to age in oak barrels, and for the bottled wines to mature. Visitors can have a stroll through the vineyard and finally, a tasting session will delight your senses.
