Mandrekas S.A. is a family-owned dairy whose history goes back to 1954 when Dimitrios Mandrekas first opened a pastry shop in Corinthos. Evangelos Mandrekas took over the business in 1984, after studying engineering in the U. K.
Having acquired the know-how, he established a new, high-standard production plant in 1991outside Corinth, where the production of dairy products and new product development continues to take place. Today, the company is considered to be one of the largest private-label yogurt producers both in Greece and worldwide.
