Description

The traditional pasta workshop Maggiri, in Heraklion, Crete, was founded to offer pure, high-quality pasta, without preservatives or colour additives, kneaded with eggs from free-range chickens and fresh sheep’s milk brought in from local producers.
Maggiri aims to produce pasta of high nutritional value, which has been dried for many hours at a low temperature so as not to alter their nutrients, and aims to educate the new generation about Greece’s traditional pasta, awakening flavorful memories among those of an older age.

TOUR AND TASTING

Visitors will be able to tour our premises and see from close a traditional company producing hand-made pasta.
