The fish farming facilities of Fresko lay at the foot of Mt. Kaliakouda, next to the picturesque village of Gavros and parallel to Karpenissiotis River, on the route from Karpenissi to Proussos.
Taking advantage of the unmatched natural beauty of the Evritania region and its cool spring waters, we apply the most modern safety and control standards and have created the conditions for the enjoyment of the freshest and most delicious trout. The natural environment is the “home” of our products!

TOUR AND TASTING

Visitors at Fresko tour our facilities, witness the fish development process closely, and learn about the benefits of fish farming.
The little ones can catch their own fish that their parents can purchase or play in a specially designed area.
