Elis Brewery, is the first brewery in Elia prefecture, was founded in Thesi Melios (Lantzoi), not far from Ancient Olympia, by Dionysia Datsopoulou-Brintziki and Dionysios Brintzikis in 2012.
The largest brewery in southern Greece, it is the realization of a “dream of passion and well-made craft beer.” It represents one of Greece’s largest investments in Craft beer brewing facilities, featuring state-of-the-art equipment; led by the all-important human factor, which always counts first.
With a capacity of more than 40,000 hectoliters of beer, our brewery uses photovoltaic panels and geothermal energy to supply its power needs.
Our beer products are not pasteurized, not artificially colored, contains no chemical additives or preservatives for taste, clarity or appearance. The carbonization derives from a natural, second fermentation, giving to our beers a well-balanced and rich flavor.
The products of Elis Brewery are made of Greek malt, selected hops, aromatic herbs, and water from the mountain springs of Mt. Erymanthos.
