Efkarpia Organic Farm is a family business based in Thessaly close to Larissa and is specializing in the cultivation, processing and packaging of legumes, cereals, corn, but also herbs and other products related to herbs, such as herbal infusions.
The collection and processing of herbs as well as the packaging of all products and preparations are all made by hand, in faithful adherence to cultural traditions.
Our love for the land and contact with nature inspired to become producers, while “good food” is the common denominator for all of Efkarpia Farm’s products.
TOUR AND TASTING
Visitors will be guided through the herbal growing area and be informed about Hippocratic medicine, learn about the properties of herbs while joining us tending and cleaning the herbs, depending the season, or attend a training program.
The guided tour continues at the drying kiln and concludes with a tasting session of handmade bread along with organic olive oil and herbal beverages.
