The much-anticipated wine event “Voroina 2024 Thessaloniki”, featuring exceptional wines and spirits from the “Winemakers of Northern Greece,” will be held this year on Monday, October 7, from 13:00 to 21:00, at the Makedonia Palace Hotel.
This annual wine-tasting and exhibition showcases the finest wineries from the North Helladic region and is open to the public, including wine enthusiasts, consumers, and professionals in the food and wine industry.
Attendees will receive a special tasting glass upon entry and can explore the winemakers’ booths, where they can discover and sample the rich diversity of Northern Greece’s vineyards, including both native and international grape varieties.
The exhibition will offer an array of white, rosé, red, and even orange wines, available in dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, still, and sparkling varieties. Whether newly released or beloved vintage labels, the event promises a journey of discovery into the enchanting world of premium Greek wine.
In addition to these selections, visitors will find experimental wines, aged vintages, different bottle formats, and many other delightful surprises at the winemakers’ tables.
