Fysika Fysika, the first wine fair in Greece exclusively featuring low-intervention wines, is happening on Sunday, November 6, 2022 in Thessaloniki. Wineries from all over Greece will bring their wines to the YMCA’s renowned basketball court for this celebration of natural wines.
During the fair, you will have the opportunity to taste 80 minimal intervention wines and meet the winemakers from the 38 participating Greek wineries. Their wines are organic, biodynamic and have few or no additives. They are pure, made using environmentally friendly practices and above all, delicious!
Fysika Fysika aims to showcase Greek wines that are produced at small wineries and are made using sustainable methods that cause no harm to the environment or to people.
