The best of the sector in the exhibition’s main stage!

Once again, the main stage of the ARTOZA trade show will host the popular MASTERCLASSES. A noted institution, welcoming top bakers and confectioners.

They are experienced pastry chefs and bakers, holding key positions in leading industry companies, in luxurious resorts or have their own businesses. Professionals featured at the MASTERCLASSES will present recipes for deserts, ice cream, chocolate, vegan pastries, modern variations on traditional pastries and many other suggestions. For trade visitors, MASTERCLASSES present a great training opportunity.

Furthermore, a whole day, Monday, 25/02, will be dedicated to the new talents from the Bakery and Confectionery sector. Creative people under the age of 30 will present their pioneering work at the MASTERCLASSES’ main stage in Hall 2 of the exhibition center and are expected to win a heartfelt applause from their old and new colleagues.
