Saturday of Lazarus and as the Holy Week and Easter are coming the Women’s Agricultural Cooperative workshop “THE APOLLONIATISSES” revives customs and lives the meaning of the days …
For the soul of Lazarus, we make “lazarakia” with a human figure in swaddling clothes, just as Lazarus is presented in pictures and avgoules, traditional cakes with a red egg in the middle.
