What are the strongest motives in your life and work?
Thucydides wrote that the motives of the human soul are: fear, glory, and interest. I will say that first of all it is the love and passion for what you are doing, reflected in the faces of others.
What is the motto that directs your life?
“At work, you should be serious and in life crazy”
It has been said by the great Aristotle Onassis and I think that roughly translated is what everybody needs to do if he wants to be happy on a personal and professional level.
What is the biggest satisfaction in the business you had?
When a renowned chef like Mr. Lazarou gives you a rostrum to talk on the radio about your work and what you love. It was a great honor for me and my company.
Which is the mistake you learned most from?
Inactivity and stagnation at some period of my life have taken me back.
Now I’m running on the double than before.

Why did you change your mind and kept on?
Unfortunately, to be realistic, we must say that the state machine makes our life difficult adding barriers to our business, every day.
But this, in the end, gives me more strength to move forward, act upon our ideas and make our dreams come true.
What do failure and success mean to you?
Do not judge me from my successes, judge me from how many times I fell and got stood up again.
That’s what Nelson Mandela said.
And that’s what expresses me.
What other interests do you have apart from your job?
I have a wonderful family, trying to spend most of my time with it as well as in karate and motorcycles.
