In 2025, we’re excited to open our gates to the public for the very first time! Visitors are invited to explore our scenic open farm, learn about the fascinating world of prickly pears, and experience the unique rhythm of life on a working organic farm. Visitors have the opportunity to choose between two immersive culinary experiences—the Meze Cooking Class or the Greek Cooking Experience. Both classes offer hands-on learning, authentic recipes, and the warmth of Greek hospitality, all set against the backdrop of our beautiful countryside. Whichever you choose, you’ll prepare and enjoy delicious dishes made with fresh, local ingredients and savor them together around a welcoming, family-style table.
